Volunteer at Wattle Festival

 

Volunteers help make the festival happen. You can become a volunteer and help make the day a success.

  • Help festival goers find activities, food, toilets and more, by becoming an Information Volunteer.

    This role has 3 available shifts across the day:
    10am - 4pm
    9am - 2pm
    12pm - 5pm

  • Monitor festival entry points and help track where people come from by collecting their postcode when they arrive.

    10am - 4pm
    9am - 2pm
    12pm - 5pm

  • Help promote the Festival before the day by becoming a promotional volunteer. This could include distributing flyers, working with community partners to promote the event, volunteer photography, and more.

    Hours of this role are individually determined.

  • Throughout the year, we always welcome new volunteers to the Wattle Festival Management Committee. Committee members are passionate and keen to get stuck in a help drive the direction of the festival and support on the day.
    Committee members are required to attend monthly committee meetings, be available via email, especially between April - September.
